Abstract

Desde su creación en 1989, uno de los objetivos fundamentales del Instituto Andaluz del Patrimonio Histórico ha sido poner la información del patrimonio cultural generada por las administraciones públicas al servicio de la ciudadanía. La difusión de esta información a través de la Guía Digital del Patrimonio Cultural de Andalucía ayuda a conocer y, por lo tanto, valorar el patrimonio cultural con carácter general pero también permite, a partir de los datos que ofrece, apoyar investigaciones que generan nuevo conocimiento. Como resultado de un análisis bibliográfico y de otros parámetros de uso de la información, se ofrece en este trabajo una aproximación a su valoración por parte de distintos colectivos profesionales y de la ciudadanía en general.
