Abstract

Cet article porte sur une initiative d'hybridation de cours de langues au sein d'une institution universitaire canadienne. S'appuyant sur une démarche d'ingénierie ergonomique pour mettre en œuvre le processus de conception des cours hybrides, cette initiative a donné lieu à une recherche-action-développement qui a mobilisé un ensemble d'acteurs, dont trois enseignants de FLS que nous avons suivis. À travers les portraits de ces enseignants, nous proposons une analyse des dimensions contextuelles, pédagogiques et de l'idéal professionnel de leurs représentations professionnelles en tant que pédagogues de l'hybride. Ces portraits ont été construits sur la base d'une analyse qualitative d'un questionnaire distribué en amont de l'initiative hybride et d'un entretien semi-guidé mené après celle-ci. Ils ont conduit à l'ébauche d'un modèle à visée formative de la dimension pédagogique de l'enseignement d'une langue en modalité hybride.
