Le comte de Provence et de Forcalquier perçoit sur ses administrés de nombreux droits de différentes nature et origine que la publication, depuis plusieurs années, de l’enquête de Leopardo da Foligno par l’équipe mise sur pied par Thierry Pécout ont mis en valeur. Celle-ci a mis à jour leur diversité mais ne s’est guère penchée sur leur mode de perception. Le but de cette intervention est d’en tenter une analyse. Pour ce faire, j’aborderai tout d’abord les différentes façons dont les cours locales perçoivent ces droits (affermage, régie directe). Puis, j’essaierai d’élaborer une première typologie des collecteurs de ces droits. Cependant, en raison de la diversité des droits et de leur mode de perception et du grand nombre de leurs collecteurs dans les différentes cours locales, je me contenterai d’une période relativement courte, allant de la fin du XIIIe siècle au milieu du XIVe siècle, soit le temps de la mise en place de l’appareil administratif local.
