Abstract
Under the Neoliberal rationality, the educative system is inspired on the fundamental ideas of fordism: efficiency, efficacy and quality. These ideas were originally coined by the American pedagogy of industrial efficientism, which translates to business concepts to pedagogy. Education is considered as a producer of human capital, which must be economically profitable.
