Abstract
Le secteur de la santé et des services sociaux est traversé par une forte dynamique d’innovation. Cet article propose une réflexion sur les nouveaux enjeux qui émergent en contexte d’innovation pour les intervenants sociaux oeuvrant dans ce secteur. Pour ce faire, les résultats d’une étude qualitative portant sur le vécu au travail d’intervenants sociaux d’un service de soutien à domicile suite à l’implantation d’une innovation sont présentés. Il sera alors possible de constater que l’innovation a un impact sur les travailleurs, entre autres en modifiant leurs sources de plaisir et de souffrances au travail.
