Abstract
En contexte de diversit, les enseignants sont incits diffrencier. Or, ce travail en classe demeure le fait de cas isols, une majorit d'acteurs voquant une formation initiale lacunaire pour y arriver. Notre projet visait explorer le sens que peuvent attribuer des tudiants-stagiaires la diffrenciation dans une mthodologie intgrant l' tude de soi comme approche prometteuse cet effet. Les rsultats dmontrent que ce type de dispositif offre un contexte favorable la construction d'une vision de l' enseignement plus ouverte la diversit, lgitimant le recours des intentions et des actions varies au cours d'une situation pdagogique.
