Abstract
The article analyzes the problems of realization of the mechanism of guarantees and compensation to employees exposed to harmful factors of production in the zone of radiation influence. On the basis of research conducted by the Scientific Commission on the effects of atomic radiation, United Nations (UNSCEAR) and the Nuclear research establishment, Witsell Canadian Commission it is concluded that some of the closed administrative- territorial entities and territories adjacent to them are zones of radiation impact, however according to the existing regulations they do not have such a status. The current law and practice in the field of guarantees and compensation to employees exposed to harmful factors of production are in the zone of radiation influence are analyzed. On the basis of the analysis the conclusion about the violation of the constitutional and labor rights of citizens is given. Specific recommendations for resolution of issues addressed are offered.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from it
