Abstract
Cette évaluation porte sur les effets d’une formation dans le domaine de la violence sexuelle, destinée au personnel en milieu scolaire et développée par un organisme communautaire spécialisé dans ce domaine. Les résultats indiquent que cette formation contribue à accroître les connaissances, les attitudes favorables exemptes de préjugés vis-à-vis la violence sexuelle et le sentiment d’autoefficacité du personnel scolaire (n = 42) à court terme et 3 mois après la formation. De plus, les participants et participantes rapportent une fréquence considérable de situations dans lesquelles ils ont transféré les apprentissages dans leurs pratiques professionnelles.
