Abstract
El autor analiza la sentencia dictada por la AP Barcelona sobre la aplicacion analogica de las compensaciones contempladas en el Reglamento europeo 261/2004 para casos de cancelacion o gran retraso en los vuelos a las normas del Convenio de Montreal de 28 de mayo de 1999. Las significativas diferencias entre el regimen contenido en el Reglamento CE y el Convenio de Montreal son objeto de estudio, haciendo hincapie en la discrepancias existentes en la doctrina jurisprudencial sobre dicha aplicacion.
