Al terminar mi posgrado en Diseño en la Universidad de Alberta, Canadá, decidí continuar con los proyectos de investigación vinculados a la sustentabilidad y a la educación en el campo del diseño. Mi trabajo, desde entonces, se concentró en explorar métodos, herramientas y conceptos para formar diseñadores para un futuro sustentable. En la práctica, tanto mis proyectos profesionales como mi actividad docente se convirtieron en mi laboratorio de pruebas. La experiencia me permitió introducir un nuevo curso y enseñar Diseño para la Sustentabilidad, durante los últimos tres años, en la Universidad de Alberta; y dedicarle papers y presentaciones en varios países del mundo. Además, visité el Departamento de Diseño en Comunicación Visual, de la Facultad de Bellas Artes de la Universidad Nacional de La Plata, en mayo de 2012. Hoy tengo el privilegio de escribir sobre el tema que más me apasiona: diseñar para un futuro sustentable.
