I 2015 vedtog den danske regering en erhvervsskolereform. Et forhold ved reformen af særlig interesse for idrætsforskning og -uddannelser, er kravet om 45 minutters daglig bevægelse. Således argumenterer en række videnskabelige studier for, at bevægelse vil kunne fremme læring i skolen. Konklusionen fra disse undersøgelser er at god fysisk form, træning og bevægelse kan øge: • præstation i kognitive tests • skolefaglige testresultater • hensigtsmæssig opførsel • læring gennem såkaldt kropslig forankring. I den forbindelse er spørgsmålet, hvordan en videns-informeret udvikling af praksis kan foregå, således at forskningsbaseret bevægelsesviden oversættes til daglig praksis på erhvervsskoleområdet. Da idrætsstuderende i fremtidige jobs kan forventes at skulle være med til at oversætte viden til praksis, fremlægges I denne præsentation et studie af idrætsstuderendes omsætning af viden til praksis på en fynsk erhvervsskole med aktionsforskning som metode. Spørgsmålet var derfor: Hvordan lærer idrætsstuderende aktionsforskning, og hvad lærer de om aktionsforskning, når de sammen med lærerne implementerer bevægelse i erhvervsskolens teoretiske undervisning? I studiet indgik 40 universitetsstuderende og 12 erhvervsskolelærere, der arbejdede sammen for at skabe en bevægelsespraksis i erhvervsskolens akademiske læring. Projektet var en del af kandidatkurset ’Idræt og Læring’ ved uddannelsen Idræt og Sundhed på SDU. Studerendes rapporttekster og observationsnoter fra undervisningen er analyseret induktivt tematisk. Resultaterne viste at de studerende sammen med erhvervsskolelærerne nåede frem til at afprøve fælles udviklede bevægelseskoncepter for undervisningen. Således var det muligt for studerende at lære aktionsforskningsmetoder i et 8-ugers kandidatkursus. I gennemførelsen af aktionerne havde nogle grupper udfordringer med at etablere god og hensigtsmæssig kommunikation med erhvervsskolelærerne. Alle grupper var i stand til at beskrive og identificere grundelementer i aktionsforskningsmetode, og marioteten af grupperne kunne forholde sig meta-reflekterende til egen forskerrolle i aktionsforskning.
