Dans cette contribution, nous proposons un relevé des connaissances psychopédagogiques générales des enseignants du primaire du canton de Genève par l’intermédiaire d’une analyse thématique d’entretiens semi-directifs menés auprès de 23 enseignants. Des 94 comportements rapportés, 10 ensembles de comportements sont mis en évidence. Trois axes de connaissances psychopédagogiques générales sont alors identifiés : diagnostiquer, enseigner, et gérer les aspects sociaux et disciplinaires. Ces résultats confirment et alimentent les données issues des écrits scientifiques de recherche en proposant un nouveau modèle sous forme d’une triade psychopédagogique dynamique.
