On n'est pas des trous-de-cul : Montréal, le cinéma pis la contre-culture par Ralph Elawani J 'ai chez moi depuis quelques années une copie d'un scénario jamais tourné, écrit par Emmanuel Cocke et Daniel Pilon.Le film s'intitule Québeclove Superstory.Le projet date du début des années 1970.Une adaptation d'un roman inédit d'Emmanuel Cocke, qui avait pour titre Québecamore.La Cinémathèque québécoise, qui s'est portée acquéreuse des archives cinématographiques du romancier, journaliste et cinéaste franco-québécois, en possède aussi un exemplaire, en version anglaise.Une traduction de Daniel Pilon, qui devait être présentée à un producteur américain.La mort de Cocke, en 1973, leur coupa l'herbe sous le pied.Cette histoire racontant le retour à Montréal d'Edgar Kritz, un prodige du rock québécois, inspiré de Robert Charlebois, s'étant exilé après avoir simulé sa mort, fut donc abandonnée.Au-delà de la similitude entre l'idée derrière le scénario et le roman Great Jones Street, de Don DeLillo (1973), il s'agit de l'un des récits les plus crus et incongrus imaginés par un auteur
