Mitraillée au cœur de son identité, la France est confrontée aux contradictions des principes et des valeurs avec lesquels elle s’est construite. Voyant la société française appliquer de manière générale et universelle le principe anglo-saxon de transparence sur le modèle de la liberté d’expression à laquelle ils sont foncièrement attachés, les auteures soulignent les contradictions et les risques d’une telle posture, tant pour la compétitivité économique des personnes morales que pour la protection des libertés individuelles.
