Abstract

Le constat semble partagé, par différents champs des sciences sociales s’intéressant au travail, au sujet de la rétraction des scènes contemporaines de régulation du travail, qu’il s’agisse du CHSCT ou des relations hiérarchiques. À ce titre, au nom de la performance comme de la prévention en santé, il est appelé à la transformation des organisations, sans que les moyens de cette transformation ne soient désignés. Cet article présente, à partir d’un cas concret, les interventions en clinique de l’activité comme un effort pour réinstaurer une mise en discussion du travail pour transformer l’organisation du travail et les rapports sociaux la soutenant. Mais, du point de vue des sciences sociales comme en clinique de l’activité, cette réouverture ne peut se tenir qu’à la condition que le management et les acteurs syndicaux expérimentent et éprouvent cette mise en discussion comme un moyen de développer leur propre activité.
