Abstract
A literatura quebequense caracteriza-se pelo debate em torno do problema do pertencimento, processo observado desde as origens da província e que até hoje provoca a discussão acerca das identidades em contato no Quebec. Tal discussão se intensifica pela presença das chamadas literaturas migrantes, corrente que trouxe ao seio daquele sistema literário a escrita do exilado e do imigrante e, consequentemente, estimulou a abordagem de problemas sociais relacionados à questão da inclusão e à própria resistência em busca da permanência da língua francesa. O presente trabalho pretende traçar um percurso histórico em torno do tema da quebecidade, a partir da releitura de momentos históricos fundamentais que acabaram por preparar o terreno em que emergem tais literaturas.Palavras-chave: literatura quebequense, literaturas migrantes, quebecidade
