Abstract
En France comme au Québec, les objectifs de formation des professionnels de l’éducation sont énoncés dans des référentiels de compétences. Le référentiel français s’inspire de la figure du « praticien réflexif » (Schön, 1983). Cet article présente un dispositif de formation insistant sur les interactions entre étudiants par des groupes d’écriture des pratiques, une correspondance inter-étudiants et des « institutions coopératives ». En analysant des matériaux recueillis à fin de recherche durant la formation, sont proposées des hypothèses de compréhension concernant les déplacements subjectifs des étudiants et les capacités du dispositif à favoriser une appropriation adéquate de la position professionnelle.
