Abstract
Disability management, een managementinstrument ontwikkeld in de VS en Canada, is erop gericht om arbeidsgehandicapte werknemers zo goed mogelijk in te zetten in het arbeidsproces, daarbij rekening houdend met hun functionele beperkingen. In dit rapport worden de ervaringen van 28 Nederlandse bedrijven met disability management beschreven. Het gaat hierbij om bedrijven die gelden als koploper op het terrein van de reïntegratie van arbeidsgehandicapten.
