Abstract
Cette correspondance-témoin, entre Chartre 77 de Tchécoslovaquie et Désarmement nucléaire en Europe (DNE/END) de Grande-Bretagne, offre un aperçu des efforts entrepris, entre autres, par ces groupes pour l’établissement d’un dialogue alternatif et positif entre les peuples de l’Est et de l’Ouest. Le thème sous-jacent est que l’une des conditions préalables à un éventuel rapprochement et à la transformation de l’état de confrontation réside dans le développement de la compréhension mutuelle entre les peuples qui se ferait dans le respect des aspirations et des positions de chacun.
