Abstract
Depuis la fin du XXe siecle, le domaine culturel a connu une serie de mutations auxquelles doivent s’adapter ses usagers et ses artisans : changements technologiques, industrialisation, mondialisation. Sommes-nous si differents, sur le plan culturel, de ceux qui nous precedent et de ceux qui nous suivront ? Si oui, en quoi et pourquoi ? C’est a ces questions que tente de repondre le present ouvrage. Il vise a mieux cerner et comprendre la relation entre la culture, les pratiques culturelles et les generations. Pour ce faire, il reunit des textes de chercheurs quebecois et francais qui presentent les resultats de recherches portant sur differents objets culturels en lien avec divers groupes d’âge.
