Abstract
La 51eme finale des Jeux du Quebec fut une edition speciale puisqu'elle celebrait les 40 ans des Jeux Olympiques de Montreal. Cette edition s'est demarquee des autres de par le caractere exceptionnel de cette commemoration et par la prise d’ampleur de l’evenement. L'objectif etait alors de pouvoir s’affirmer a Montreal ou le marche de l’evenementiel est tres concurrentiel durant l’ete. Cette nouvelle edition a necessite un grand nombre d’innovations de la part du comite organisateur et cela dans de nombreux services, afin qu'elle se demarque des autres evenements proposes au meme moment. Cet ouvrage met en avant les innovations et les changements effectues pour cette edition 2016 des Jeux du Quebec par rapport aux precedentes. Au travers de celui-ci, l'objectif est de montrer le lien entre l'innovation et la reussite d'un evenement sportif.
