Urchin-Shaped Bi2S3/Cu2S/Cu3BiS3 Composites with Enhanced Photothermal and CT Imaging Performance
Bibliographic record
Abstract
Urchin-shaped Bi 2 S 3 /Cu 2 S/Cu 3 BiS 3 nanocomposites were successfully prepared in this study through one-pot synthesis, which involved microwave-assisted simultaneous pyrolysis of two precursors. The as-prepared Bi 2 S 3 /Cu 2 S/Cu 3 BiS 3 hybrids exhibit stronger absorption in the near-infrared regime than the individual components, i.e., Bi 2 S 3, Cu 2 S, and Cu 3 BiS 3 . The photothermal conversion efficiency (η) of Bi 2 S 3 /Cu 2 S/Cu 3 BiS 3 composites can even reach 43.8%, which is significantly higher than that seen with most of the transition metal chalcogenide materials. The excellent photothermal performance of Bi 2 S 3 /Cu 2 S/Cu 3 BiS 3 hybrids is likely arising from its unique urchin-like structure, in which needle-like Bi 2 S 3 /Cu 2 S nanocomposites grow from the core of Cu 3 BiS 3 . The copresence of Bi 2 S 3 and Cu 2 S also leads this newly synthesized composite to produce high contrast for X-ray computer tomography imaging, an important property required for a great potential application in theranostic cancer treatment.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; both teacher heads agree on what is shown here.
