Cet article présente une approche interculturaliste de base interdisciplinaire développée depuis 1994 à travers une trajectoire universitaire théorico-pratique de recherches anthropologiques, d’actions formatives, de consultation et de projets d’intervention. Cette proposition interculturaliste a été élaborée de manière dialectique à partir de la praxis et sert de fondement idéologico-scientifique à divers plans et programmes. L’interculturalisme est formulé comme projet sociopolitique et éthique ; comme utopie, méthode et processus dialogique ; et comme proposition basée sur trois principes : 1) principe d’égalité, juridique et relationnelle ; 2)principe de différence, respect et mise à profit de la diversité ; 3)principe d’interaction positive, d’unité dans la diversité, mettant l’accent sur ce qui est commun et sur la construction participative. Après avoir caractérisé le contexte espagnol et synthétisé les traits primordiaux de l’Approche interculturaliste, son application est détaillée dans le Projet d’Intervention communautaire interculturel, initié en 2010 dans 17 territoires de grande diversité de 15 villes espagnoles, et élargi en 2014 à 39 territoires de 32 municipalités.
