Abstract
Como terapeuta ocupacional que esta trabajando en un centro de dia de atencion a personas con trastorno mental, se debe realizar un protocolo de evaluacion y diagnostico ocupacional y trabajo en equipo, este equipo tecnico esta formado por: director, psicologo, terapeuta ocupacional y dos educadores sociales, prestando servicio a personas con trastornos de la personalidad, trastornos afectivos y trastornos psicoticos. En la revision anual se llega a la conclusion de que se deben modificar ciertos aspectos a reflexionar. Dicho protocolo se debe fundamentar con referencias bibliograficas (Vancouver) y debe cubrir las necesidades de las personas atendidas en el centro de dia, en relacion a la evaluacion y diagnostico ocupacional, trabajo en equipo multidisciplinar; aunque se recomienda la implantacion de una modalidad de trabajo en equipo transdisciplinar, perspectiva humanista en atencion en salud mental, programacion de una intervencion adecuada para cada una de las personas atendidas y establecimiento de una relacion terapeutica en posicion horizontal.
