Abstract
Les garderies de la Commission scolaire de Montréal ont banni en janvier 2007 le porc des menus destinés aux enfants. La raison ? Il devenait trop difficile de gérer les repas s’il fallait accommoder les juifs et les musulmans de stricte observance qui refusent toute consommation de porc, animal considéré comme impur.Plusieurs associent ce rejet du porc à son apparente malpropreté. Cette justification ne tient pas la route quand on considère les conditions
