In this paper, a design of Phased array antenna based on Metamaterial Circular Split Ring Resonator CSRR for 5G application is presented. This antenna is printed on a epoxy FR4 substrate with a thickness of 0.8 mm and a relative permittivity of 4.3. The proposed antenna size is 13*52.87mm and it is designed and simulated using CST Software. The return loss of the propsed antenna is indeed below -10 dB in the frequency 28 GHz. The use of CSRR onto the antenna will improve the directivity and the gain.
