Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

The widespread adoption of converter-based residential loads and energy sources has led to increased injection of harmonic currents into distribution systems. The passive filter is adopted for mitigating harmonic distortions. In the previous study, filter topology design, filter parameter optimization, and optimal filter placement have been well developed. It was proven that the combination of single-tuned filters is an appropriate approach to mitigate the 3 rd , 5 th , and 7 th characteristic harmonics in distribution systems. Furthermore, it is an economic choice to place the filter at the house entrance side, which is called the “plug-in filter”. This paper conducts a comprehensive simulation study on the effect of the plug-in filter in mitigating the harmonic distortion in residential distribution systems. The simulation is done with a detailed system model, and the results can represent the practical situation.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
