Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

The inspiration for this work originally came from the curiosity and observation of the human being behavior in human relationships, especially in the relation between a man and a woman during their important life decisions as "couple" and the application and similarity of certain shared "rules" in the Luxury goods purchase involving salesmen and customers. The customer behavior has long been of interest among the marketing researchers and the identification of the several phases of his approach to the purchase has been broadly analysed. However, the "innovative" aspect is to follow not only the "Customer journey map" but to observe also the conditions of the salesman that will intervene positively or negatively on the customer's mind at the moment of the negotiation. This paper will explore what happens "BEFORE" the actual meeting between the salesman and the potential customer. As consequence of the analysis this study will also provide hints to encourage the best conditions to maximize the empathy as output, to be pursued by the salesman, knowing this element will drive to more chances of sales closing.

Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
