Tenter de résumer la politique extérieure d’un pays comme l’Inde en un seul chapitre peut paraître périlleux. En limitant les trois prochains chapitres sur les relations avec la Chine et l’Amérique du Nord, nous faisons un choix délibéré d’introduire l’interaction du monde indien avec ses voisins, en plus d’analyser l’impact de l’émergence indienne sur l’Amérique du Nord, bien pourvue en diaspora indienne.
