The insufficient sport results of the masculine volleyball team, in the olympic cycle 2012- 2016 and the necessity of to get a classification in the tourney pre-Olympic of Edmonton- Canada 2016 with a novel team, made to create a new strategic of planning of efficiency during a competitive mesocycle. It was making a document review of the training planning and their basement teoric- metodologic with particular attention to the models of Matveev, Verkhoshansky, A.T.R to the Accession, Transformation and Realization, all they contextualized in a mesocycle. It was used the observation to training unid, it was making some interviews to different trainers and questionnaire to experts, with the porpuse of diagnosticate the state of starting and to attend the strategic actions to get the wisheds results in the next competition. The combination of several models of the planning of sport training was the base for to get the Olympic classification.
