Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

It added that given the very high ilmenite production in the first quarter of 2015, Sierra Rutile did not require as much ilmenite in the second quarter to meet its sales plan and so has stockpiled a stream of unfinished ilmenite concentrate for processing later in the year. Sierra Rutile added that a planned maintenance shutdown at its Lanti Dredge mine during was completed successfully, with production achieving target levels post shutdown. Performance at the facility additionally benefitted from planned maintenance shutdowns in Q1 2015. The company's CEO, John Sisay, said: Q2 has been a very active successful quarter. Strong production and cost results have been accompanied with the commencement of the Gangama Dry mine construction and the definition of the Sembehun Dry Mine project.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
