Dans cet article, je propose une réflexion sur le rapport contemporain entre corps et espace en m’appuyant, en tant qu’artiste-chercheur, sur ma dernière création, Délicat contact #1. J’y explore la représentation du rapport corps/espace, avec la notion d’instabilité comme fil rouge du développement. Elle est observée à plusieurs niveaux : visuel, expérimental et structurel. Le tout est également abordé globalement et renvoie à un quatrième niveau : celui du dispositif. Chaque niveau permet de dégager une sorte d’instabilité différente : le visuel renvoie au pulsatile, l’expérimental (l’interactivité) évoque la métastabilité, le structurel (notamment dans la construction du décor) montre le composite, et l’ensemble désigne l’une des instabilités numériques – la panne. Ces différentes sortes d’instabilité sont ensuite mises en parallèle avec le concept du contemporain, développé par Lionel Ruffel, avec lesquelles elles partagent de nombreuses caractéristiques.
