Cet article, qui s’appuie sur les résultats d’une recherche doctorale, s’intéresse à l’étude des dispositifs de prévention mis en place au sein d’une grande entreprise française, constituant ici notre terrain de recherche, au prisme de la communication affective (Martin-Juchat, 2014), en référence aux processus et aux techniques de communication et partant de codification des affects au sein des environnements sociaux. Notre problématique de recherche interroge plus spécifiquement la façon dont les dispositifs de prévention en question concourent à des dynamiques de normalisation de la construction des signes des émotions au sein de l’entreprise et s’inscrivent dans des logiques de régulation des affects au travail.
