Abstract
Guida alla legislazione sull'inquinamento atmosferico formatasi sui 3 livelli governativi trattati: nazionale, europeo e mondiale. A livello nazionale si analizza l'evoluzione della disciplina, nata negli anni '60, soffermandosi su quella attuale, a livello europeo si parla in particolare degli effetti che il Protocollo di Kyoto e la direttiva 2003/87/CE hanno avuto sulle politiche e normative adottate dall’Unione Europea e sugli sviluppi attuali della politica di tutela dell'aria. Nell'ambito internazionale ci si occupa dei 3 sistemi adottati: Convenzione di Ginevra, Convenzione di Vienna e Protocollo di Montreal ed infine, della Convenzione quadro delle Nazioni Unite sui cambiamenti climatici (UNFCCC). Vi e poi un confronto sul ruolo degli enti locali e un'approfondimento su ulteriori politiche europee ed italiane.
