L'auteure commente cette décision de la Cour supérieure qui accorde un sursis provisoire de l'application d'une disposition législative qui prévoit que les employés et les bénéficiaires d'organismes publics doivent respectivement exercer leurs fonctions et en recevoir les services à visage découvert. L'effet de la disposition est suspendu jusqu'à la mise sur pied des lignes directrices qui visent à encadrer le traitement des demandes d'accommodement à cette règle.
