Abstract
À l’alimentation et aux pratiques alimentaires s’associent des valeurs culturelles. Celles-ci sont évidemment véhiculées dans les médias. À ce titre, le site web de restaurant correspond à un véhicule privilégié des traits liés à la cuisine et au domaine de l’alimentation en général. Afin de cerner les valeurs et les représentations de l’univers alimentaire francophone, nous présentons les similarités et différences culturelles ressortant notamment des thèmes typiques d’un corpus de sites web de restaurants français et québécois de cuisine française et de cuisine libanaise. L’approche repose sur la théorie morphosémantique et l’analyse sémique développées dans le cadre de la sémantique interprétative de François Rastier, et décrit les valeurs culturelles en faisant appel aux concepts de sème, de thème et d’isotopie.
