Les organisations reconnaissent dans le voisinage un ensemble de parties prenantes locales auxquelles elles se voient confronter. Nous montrons ici que l’engagement des organisations dans le bon voisinage se fait à travers la définition arbitraire des communautés en tant que parties prenantes. Plus concrètement, celles-ci sont typifiées comme public cible des stratégies d’engagement et des projets de responsabilité sociétale. Nous proposons une réflexion sur la notion d’unité d’intérêts partagés qui se forme au sein la dynamique relationnelle avec ce type de partie prenante. Dans ce contexte, la notion de durabilité est devenue un élément-clé de la construction du sens.
