Abstract
Dans cet article, nous présentons une étude qui visait à cerner la configuration actuelle des services de santé mentale offerts aux jeunes francophones de la région sociosanitaire de Winnipeg et à déterminer le degré d’articulation entre les dispositifs institutionnels et non institutionnels de prise en charge. Une grille d’entrevue semi-structurée a permis de recueillir des données auprès de 15 répondants provenant des organismes de la région sociosanitaire de Winnipeg. Les résultats de l’étude indiquent qu’un nombre très limité d’organismes offre des services de santé mentale en français aux jeunes francophones. L’analyse nous a également montré que la plupart de ces organismes n’entretiennent pas des relations de complémentarité entre eux, mais sont régis par une circularité relationnelle fondée sur des services ponctuels à travers une dualité formelle-informelle.
