Abstract
Se refiere un paciente al servicio de nutricion para el tratamiento de la obesidad. El paciente es un Labrador Retriever, macho castrado de 6 anos, que sufre de hipotiroidismo diagnosticado un ano antes del momento de la visita con nuestro servicio (Fig. 1). Desde entonces es tratado y controlado con medicacion (valores de T4 en ese momento 2,7 µg/dl , rango 1,0-4,0 µg/dl); no presenta otras alteraciones analiticas. El paciente sufre de forma frecuente, ademas, alteraciones dermicas compatibles con dermatitis atopica y alteraciones articulares de tipo inflamatorio en las dos extremidades posteriores que limitan su movilidad.
