Cherchant à s'adapter à la complexification des enjeux, le Canada a-t-il été à la hauteur des défis qui se posent avec de plus en plus d'acuité dans le domaine de l'aide au développement ? Quelles sont les grandes tendances de l'aide canadienne, de ses débuts à aujourd'hui ? Qui en sont les principaux acteurs ? Quel est son impact réel pour les pays récipiendaires ?
