Abstract
Cette recherche a pour objectif de cerner l’impact d’une initiative de formation continue internationale sur la notion de leadership de 23 directions d’école haïtiennes de même que son incidence sur le développement de leurs pratiques professionnelles. Les données obtenues par un questionnaire auprès des directions d’école et les observations sur le terrain ont permis de conclure que l’initiative de formation, fondée sur une approche collaborative, a eu un impact sur la notion de leadership allant d’une vision bureaucratique à collaborative tout en contribuant au développement des capacités locales. Nous estimons qu’un retour sur le terrain nous permettra de mieux saisir la portée de la formation sur le développement des pratiques professionnelles des directions d’école, et ce faisant, de leur rôle en tant qu’agents de changement au sein du système scolaire.
