Le présent article rend compte d’un projet de recherche qui visait à relater une expérience concrète d’intégration d’une approche d’amélioration continue de type Lean au sein d’une bibliothèque québécoise, en l’occurrence certaines unités de l’organisation de BAnQ, notamment la Grande Bibliothèque, et décrit l’expérience des individus ayant pris part activement aux différents processus d’intégration de cette approche afin d’en identifier les aspects positifs et les moments plus difficiles.
