Abstract
Cet article s’interesse a la mise sur pied ainsi qu’aux enjeux de gouvernance de la plus jeune instance regionale de concertation (IRC) au Quebec : Partenaires pour la reussite educative en Chaudiere-Appalaches (PRECA). La recherche a ete effectuee selon une approche methodologique de type qualitatif basee sur une etude de cas s’appuyant sur treize entrevues. Apres une presentation a grands traits de la region de Chaudiere-Appalaches et de la composition du comite de gestion de l’IRC, le cadre theorique reposant sur la sociologie de la traduction sera developpe. La sociologie retenue est ensuite appliquee aux entrevues realisees selon les quatre operations de traduction soit la problematisation, l’interessement, l’enrolement des acteurs et la mobilisation. Enfin, la derniere partie met de l’avant les defis qui attendent la jeune IRC dans les prochainesannees.
