La Francophonie peut jouer un rôle déterminant dans la structuration de la dynamique économique entre l’Asie et l’Afrique. Pour ce faire, elle peut s’appuyer sur ses acquis politiques et la diversité de son espace économique. Toutefois, son engagement économique devra surmonter de nombreux obstacles liés aux situations respectives de l’Afrique, de l’Asie et de la Francophonie elle-même. En même temps, la Francophonie devra crédibiliser son action économique pour ne pas subir les performances des autres espaces de coopération qui jouent déjà la médiation économique entre l’Afrique et l’Asie.
