Abstract
L’auteure présente les résultats d’une recherche qualitative menée auprès de travailleurs et de travailleuses pauvres avec enfants qui cumulent un revenu du travail et un revenu de transfert de l’État pour assurer leur subsistance économique. Prêtant attention aux mesures d’activation mises en oeuvre dans le système de protection sociale helvétique dans une perspective de genre, l’auteure expose quatre expériences de pauvreté laborieuse en analysant les injonctions à augmenter sa participation au marché du travail selon le type de dispositifs auxquels recourent les personnes et les possibilités d’articuler le travail productif et le travail reproductif.
