Abstract
Le profil du commerce bilatéral entre le Brésil et la Chine ces dernières années a joué un rôle crucial dans le mouvement de primarisation des exportations brésiliennes. On constate une concentration des ventes internationales brésiliennes vers ce pays dans certains produits de base. La bonne performance des exportations du Brésil vers la Chine reflète le dynamisme des produits dans lesquels le Brésil est compétitif à l’échelle mondiale. Autrement dit, il ne s’agit pas d’une stratégie active de diversification et de création de nouveaux marchés. Les exportations brésiliennes profitent de la croissance des importations chinoises de produits de base. Dans quelle mesure le Partenariat transpacifique (ptp) pourra-t-il affecter la dynamique commerciale entre ces deux pays ? Cet accord mettra-t-il en cause le modèle intersectoriel de commerce entre les deux pays ? La Chine exporte davantage de produits manufacturés et elle importe surtout des matières premières.
