Abstract

Une recherche-développement a permis de concevoir et de valider, par une démarche itérative, du matériel d’information qui soit illustré, signifiant et plus compréhensible. Cette information, validée par les parties prenantes, porte sur les services que reçoivent les personnes bénéficiant d’un programme public de réadaptation en déficience intellectuelle (DI) ou en trouble du spectre de l’autisme (TSA). La recherche-développement a permis notamment d’approfondir les étapes, les processus et les retombées d’une démarche de création inclusive, en contexte de participation active des parties prenantes, avec des personnes vulnérables ou qui présentent de faibles compétences en littératie.
