Une revue gérée de façon relativement autonome par rapport à la direction, permet de créer des débats sur la pratique, dans un Centre de services sociaux. L’auteur raconte l’histoire de cette revue, les problèmes quotidiens de la production, les difficultés de faire écrire un personnel privé de parole, les remous institutionnels autour des numéros. Outil contesté de communication, cette revue a permis des échanges importants, de défendre des projets, de questionner la direction. La suppression de cette revue permet de s’interroger sur la place qu’elle occupait et sur les pouvoirs qu’elle dérangeait.
