Abstract
Les éducateurs spécialisés interviennent de façon globale auprès des enfants et des adolescents qu’ils accompagnent, cette approche polyvalente est reconnue comme efficace. Cependant, ces professionnels ont souvent du mal à identifier, à objectiver les éléments qui construisent cette clinique, ce que l’auteur appelle les moyens mobilisables. Pour lui, ces « moyens » (l’attention au corps, aux milieux de vie, la capacité à projeter…) ne sont pas que des techniques froides, mais doivent être pensés en prenant en compte les dynamiques transférentielles. L’ensemble de ces identifications de compétences et de moyens conduit à proposer une approche globale des dispositifs de formation, initiale et continue.
