Abstract
Le plan d’études romand vise un objectif de développement de l’élève apprenant l’éthique dans une perspective de respect de la liberté de conscience, qui s’insère fort bien dans la distinction libérale entre vie privée et vie publique. Cependant, l’analyse conceptuelle de cette approche, confrontée à l’enjeu du corps au sens social proposé par Judith Butler, provoque un dilemme déontologique entre promotion ou remise en question des normes, dès lors que l’élève est également reconnu dans l’enjeu normatif de sa corporéité.
